All work with our clients is personally overseen by Anne. After determining your specific needs, and dependent on the scope of work, Anne may engage other specialist consultants to work with her in providing services. Bespoke Results engages only highly experienced consultants with a great track record of delivering results. All consultants are established experts in leadership and organisation development and have personally experienced the challenges of leading complex organisations. Bespoke Results does not engage junior consultants or use your job to train consultants.
Based on over ten years of leadership and organisation development consultancy, lecturing on leadership to MBA students and research on organisation dynamics Anne Hartican has designed Bespoke Results’ signature, Advanced Leader Challenge Program.
The program is conducted over a twelve-month period to ensure participants achieve significant personal insights, learnings, enhanced confidence, humility and sustainable behavioural change.
The program can be offered in a variety of formats including large group (up to 20 participants), small team and individual coaching programs. Irrespective of the format, participants are provided with quality diagnostics, a detailed development plan, online resources - including advanced reflective exercises and readings, experiential learning workshops and expert facilitation and coaching.
The program is designed to provide a robust learning and development structure based on best practice in developing leadership capability. The structure enables individual participants to identify personal development needs and goals and to focus on the development of those goals in a supportive learning environment.

Founder and principal consultant Dr Anne Hartican is a leadership and behavioural change specialist. Through her work clients including Victoria Police, Australian Government Department of Industry, Innovation and Science and Victoria State Government Department of Treasury and Finance Anne has built a reputation for assisting organisations develop valuable insights into pressing people challenges and then make the necessary changes to successfully move forward. She works extensively with individual executives and organisations across Australia to transform defensive, counter-productive behaviours by building advanced emotional intelligence and relationship skills and teamwork. She does not believe in fads or quick fixes. She is a published author about leadership. As author or co-author her work includes The Character of Leadership (2006) and articles in Leadership & Organization Development Journal and the Monash Business Review.
Dr Anne Hartican is a leadership and corporate culture consultant shaping highly effective, collaborative workplaces that enable people and their organisations to flourish.
Anne’s interest in the development of leadership potential commenced in her late teens when she joined a local branch of Jaycees, an international leadership training and community services organisation. Anne volunteered to co-ordinate the JCI Personal Development Program for her chapter. That experience, along with her fascination with the behavioral studies component of her undergraduate degree provided the motivation for Anne to pursue a career as a manager. Anne’s keen interest in people and their potential and in developing inclusive, respectful, client-focused workplaces saw her quickly rise to senior management roles. Anne worked in operational management roles in the health sector and then as a Human Resources Manager in health and IT organisations. Her work in these management roles provided Anne with a depth of experience in effectively managing complex people matters.
Anne’s ongoing interest in developing leadership potential and strong organisational cultures fuelled her post graduate studies. Well-credentialed, Anne’s formal qualifications include a Professional Doctorate in Organisation Dynamics, a Master of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Industrial Relations. Anne found her graduate studies of immense value but believes the most salient professional lessons that now inform her work have come from her personal experiences of developing herself and observing and coaching others. Committed to her own growth and development as a professional, since completing the Jaycees Personal Development Program Anne has continuously worked to develop her self-awareness and understanding of human behaviour through a wide variety of comprehensive developmental programs and methods.
Equipped with senior management experience, strong academic credentials and an in-depth understanding of human behaviour and development methods Anne established her own consulting practice in 2005 to enable her to focus her professional efforts on supporting leaders and their organisations to develop thriving cultures. Anne has since built a reputation for assisting clients develop valuable insights into pressing people challenges and then make the necessary changes to successfully grow.
After the Anti-Dumping Commission experienced considerable change and upheaval our culture was showing the symptoms of extreme stress.
